A litigation firm in San Francisco needed an associate with strong civil litigation experience and meaningful trial exposure.

 

The ideal candidate would be comfortable handling depositions, drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation including witness preparation and exhibit management.
