About Us

Steve Narinyan

Steve is the founder of Narinyan Search and focuses on recruiting attorneys for law firms. 

Prior to launching the firm, Steve worked as a CPA in public accounting,

where he led tax teams and advised clients on complex tax planning strategies. 

His experience working with professional services firms gives him a strong understanding of the environments 

in which attorneys operate and the qualities that allow professionals to succeed in those settings.  

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hiking, and watching The Office.
